If you would like to purchase any of our salads, they are an additional cost per salad. Depending on your location, there may be travel surcharges applied. There may also be set-up fees applied if the access is deemed to be difficult and time consuming (these usually consists obstacles(i.e. stairs, pebbles, etc.) in the way or limited access to the set-up area.
